The NAC Protocol
The NAC Protocol is the primary public facing document from the authors.
The current version is 2.02.
The protocol is intended to fight fungal infection from Candida, Aspergillus, and Cryptococcus.
Phase 1 (The NAC Protocol)
In the morning:
- 1200mg NAC
- Oregano oil, minimum 40mg carvacrol
- Black seed oil, 1 teaspoon
At night:
- 600mg NAC
- Oregano oil, minimum 40mg carvacrol
- Black seed oil, 1 teaspoon
Phase 2 (The maintenance protocol)
In the morning:
- 600mg NAC
- 500mg Slo Niacin (nicotinic acid)
- 100mg Pterostilbene
- 250mg Pomegranate Extract (min. 40% EA) Black Seed Oil (1 teaspoon)
At night:
- 500mg Slo Niacin
- 100mg Pterostilbene
- 250mg Pomegranate Extract Black Seed Oil (1 teaspoon)
Brushing and Upper Respiratory
The protocol also recommends using a particular nasal spray and brushing one’s teeth with fennel oil in addition to the other phases, as a way of protecting the upper respiratory system from new fungal infections.
Diet
The 1.0.2 protocol paper does not mention diet. In 2.02, the paper says to "reduce sugar where possible and avoid refined sugar, processed foods and yeast." See the full page on Diet.
